We are looking for someone (or a team!) to lead this event!

OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT LEAD(S):

• pick a movie / source a copy if needed (we usually borrow from the library if someone on the team doesn't have a hard copy!)

• shop for and book food trucks

• coordinate volunteers as needed (we had candy & popcorn concessions last year! and last year's volunteers were AHS NHS students!, and we'll help you with the concession procurement!)

• work with the PTO's graphic designer & marketing team to create promotional materials. Our talented team will get the word out about the event with our multi-channel strategy. Beyond your involvement in sharing Event Details with them + double-checking that the design works with what we need, you don't need to do anything re: promotion.

• available as the go-to lead on the event day

• available to remain through the end of the event, including making sure things get cleaned up properly.

We have a screen & sound system ready to go and we will be there to help you on the day-of.
