Opportunities available: Helpers to set up the lunch
Comments: We are looking for volunteers who would like to welcome our staff back from their summer breaks with delicious meal as part of the busy Open House day.

Date: Wednesday, August 27, 2025
Opportunities available: 1-hour Shifts available from 12PM to 7PM at the Primary School and Intermediate School.
Comments: We are looking for volunteers who can help as a PTO representative at the PTO Info table.
Open House is a busy day for all of us. Thank you for taking a one hour shift which allows us all to spend some time with our kids as they visit their classrooms, meet their teachers, and take their photos for the school year!
We'll have everything you need at the table.

Date: Bring to Open House on Wednesday, August 27
The Project: Save a Shoe Box & Wrap it in Gift Wrap!
We are getting a jump on planning for a 2025 project!
While you're out shoe shopping for summer shoes and/or new school shoes in the fall, please consider signing up to:
Save the Shoe Box (preferred style is one with a removable lid, ideally a larger size box (maybe size Youth 3 and larger)
Cut a square hole in the top of the box
Wrap the Box in wrapping paper of your choice - something that would be cute for any time of the year - leaving the hole you've cut open.
Drop your Box at the PTO Info Table at Open House on 8/27. We will be at the Primary and Intermediate Schools!
