Date: in time for Culver's Nights, 3rd Wednesday of the Month
Opportunities available: Graphic Design and Print/Assembly
Comments: We are looking for volunteer(s) who enjoy graphic design who would be interested in taking the lead on designing our monthly Table Tents. These feature upcoming PTO Events + Activities and sit on the tables at Culver's Night. In 2025-26, we also plan to have these same table tents in the School Staff Lounges (so the staff at school can get a peek at what PTO is working on!)
Graphic design is done in Canva with an existing template; we'll get you a PTO account which is the "Pro" version. Printing is preferred in full color on cardstock paper. The file is set to print two table tents per 8.5" x 11". We would need approximately 25 pages (50 tents) printed and made each month. You may seek PTO reimbursement for your paper and ink supplies if desired.
The time commitment for this is approximately 3 hours per month (if you are familiar with Canva, which is easy to learn!) The hope would be the tents could be completed by the third Monday of the Month so the tents can be displayed in the Staff Lounges.
This role could be split if desired.

The Project: Save a Shoe Box & Wrap it in Gift Wrap!
We are getting a jump on planning for a 2025 project!
While you're out shoe shopping for summer shoes and/or new school shoes in the fall, please consider signing up to:
Save the Shoe Box (preferred style is one with a removable lid, ideally a larger size box (maybe size Youth 3 and larger)
Cut a square hole in the top of the box
Wrap the Box in wrapping paper of your choice - something that would be cute for any time of the year - leaving the hole you've cut open.
Drop your Box at the PTO Info Table at Open House on 8/27. We will be at the Primary and Intermediate Schools!
