Comedy for a Cause - Spring Fundraiser
Contribute Bake Sale Items
Date: items needed at school by 4/25/2025
Comments: We are hosting a bake sale to run before, after, and during the Intermission of the Comedy For a Cause Spring Fundraiser Show, to be held on Saturday, 4/26/2025.
Volunteer at the Event
Date: 4/26/2025
Comments: We are looking for volunteers to fill brief shifts before, during, and after the Comedy Show on 4/26. These shifts are short and sweet and include things like helping at the Bake Sale Concession Stand, helping with set-up before the event, clean-up after the event, and the Welcome Table.
Snack Donations For Forward Testing
Snacks for Forward Testing
Date: Beginning Monday, March 17
Comments: Forward Testing is coming up soon! It's always nice for student's to have something to fuel their bodies and minds during and/or after testing. 4th and 8th grade have an especially vigorous testing schedule. Donations of ANY (peanut/tree nut free) unopened food or drink is appreciated!
Donations can be placed in the bins located in the front office area at the Primary and Intermediate Schools.
Primary Spring Book Fair
Shifts Available: Tuesday, April 22 / Wednesday, April 23 / Thursday, April 24
Opportunities available: Book Fair Volunteers
Comments: We are looking for people who would like to help with the Primary School Book Fair.
Job will include assisting students with their selections, checking them out with the Literati cash register system (including cash, credit card, and Literati Gift Cards/Codes), helping to tidy and straighten the book fair area.
Recess & Lunch Help @ Primary School
Help at Primary School
Date: Any Weekday
Opportunities available: Lunch & Recess Supervision Support
Comments: We are looking for parents who have some time in their day who would be interested in being included on an "on call" list for Recess & Lunch Supervision duties.
If you have some time available (regularly & consistently would be ideal, for example: you could help every Monday or every Thursday, or are available any day of the week), we'd love your help at school to assist the staff. Your name would be place on the "on call" list so in the event that a staff member or regular lunch/recess supervisor is unavailable, you would be called to see if you're available to help.
That said, if for some reason you're NOT available on the day you're called, no big deal! We'll move to the next parent on the list.

Culver's Night Volunteers
Volunteer Helpers
Date: Culver's Nights, 3rd Wednesday of the Month
Opportunities available: 30-minute "shifts" starting at 5PM
Comments: We are looking for volunteer helpers to assist the incredible Culver's staff at the Merton PTO Culver's Night fundraiser.
Job may include delivering trays, cleaning up tables, and making sure the dining room is tidy.
Anyone is welcome to sign up; parents, kids, grandparents.

Our amazing school staff works tirelessly to create a wonderful learning environment for our children. You can show your appreciation by helping them stock their classrooms! We've compiled an Amazon wishlist with items they've requested. Please consider purchasing an item or two to support their efforts.
Book Drive Collection
Book Donations
We are helping the AHS Warhawk Interact Club as they prepare for the Community-Wide Book Fair!
Please bring in ANY gently-used books to be donated. Collection boxes will be in the front offices of the Primary School and the Intermediate School.
