We’re so excited we’re excited to celebrate our amazing teachers and staff with the theme “Thanks for helping us bloom!” .

We have a full week of fun planned—massages, special treats, a coffee truck, and even a make-your-own bouquet station!
To make it all come together, we need volunteers to help with setup, decorations, and event support throughout the week. If you’d like to be part of spreading the appreciation, we’d love to have you join us!

What it is: To keep with our flower theme, just like flowers need water to thrive, so does our staff!
The job: Help set-up the refreshing water station in the staff lounge so they can stop by to rehydrate and feel appreciated. We will have fruits and other additives to make the high-quality H2O more special! Directions for what you need to do will be clearly explained in writing! :)
TEACHER TUESDAY - Room Service

Time: 8:00 to 9:00AM
What it is: We're treating our teachers to a little extra love with Room Service. Each teacher will receive a personal delivery of pre-packaged snacks and a refreshing drink right to their room!
The job: Help sort and deliver the snacks. We'll have a list spelling out what each teacher wants, plus a map of where their classrooms are, so it should be very easy - and lots of fun!

What it is: We're starting the day with a sweet "We would be muffin without you" breakfast for all staff! Delicious trays of muffins, scones, and coffee cake from Mill Street Cafe - plus beverages using leftover Water Bar supplies and juice - will be available in the lounge so everyone can kick off the morning with a smile!
The job: Assist with breakfast set-up to make sure everything is ready to go before the school day starts.

Between Both Buildings: 3 people needed
Time: 8:30 to 10:30AM
What it is: Our staff loves a caffeinated treat with Tom's Coffee Truck! We're sticking with the floral theme and saying "Thanks a Latte for all you do!" as all staff are invited to enjoy a gourmet coffee or tea between 8:00 and 10:30AM at the Intermediate School Basketball Court.
The job: We are looking for volunteers to help with coordinating orders and keeping things running smoothly, and making our staff smile!

What it is: We're wrapping up the week with the theme of "We couldn't have picked a better Merton staff!" All staff are invited to stop by the Staff Lounges to create a custom bouquet from a colorful selection of flowers and fillers.
The job: We are looking for volunteers to help with set-up, restocking flowers, and assisting staff.

What it is: If you have access to extra flowers or can donate a dozen or more, we would greatly appreciate your contribution! Your donations will help create a beautiful and personalized experience for our amazing staff!
There is no need to specify what kind of flower(s) you're planning to bring in the sign-up....just letting us know how many dozen you can provide is appreciated for our planning!
Drop off by: 10:00AM on Friday, May 9 to the front office of either Merton Primary or Merton Intermediate.

What it is: After a week of celebration, we need some help cleaning up and resetting the staff lounge.
The job: We are looking for volunteers to help with taking down decorations and basic clean up. Kids are welcome to hang out and help with this!
