All 4th / 5th / 6th / 7th / 8th Graders are invited to come to our FREE Youth Night!
Youth Night is the perfect event for 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, & 8th graders to enjoy a fun-filled evening away from home, all while being under the watchful eye of caring adult supervisors.
Students will have a blast with activities like:
Open gym
Games
Movie screening
Creative crafts
Delicious snacks ($1-2 each!)
It’s a fantastic opportunity for kids to socialize and make new friends in a safe, supervised setting. Parents can relax knowing their kids are having a great time in a secure environment.
Join us for Youth Night—where excitement meets safety and fun knows no bounds!
We require a minimum of 20 students to be signed up by 3PM on 4-2-2027 in order to hold the Youth Night event.
In the event that we need to cancel because we do not meet that minimum, or due to any other circumstance, we will reach out to you via the email address submitted on the permission slip form.
We need to maintain a ratio of 10 students : 1 adult for this event. Without adult volunteers, we will not be able to offer this fun evening to our students.
Please consider volunteering your time - and THANK YOU!!
Our goal for Youth Night is to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming space for students to hang out with friends, play games, and relax. To ensure every student and volunteer has a positive experience, all attendees are required to follow the guidelines below.
1. General Rules & Behavior
School Rules Apply
Because this event takes place on school grounds, all standard school conduct rules (dress code, language, physical boundary policies, prohibited items, etc.) are strictly enforced.
Respectful Environment
Behavior that creates an unsafe environment, disrespects adult volunteers, or negatively impacts the experience of other students will not be tolerated.
Supervision & Stay-Put Policy
Adult volunteers are present to supervise the event area. Students must stay within designated event zones and may not leave the premises until picked up by a parent/guardian.
2. Violations & Removal
If a student engages in behavior that violates school rules or compromises the safety/enjoyment of the event for others:
Immediate Contact: A volunteer or coordinator will call the student’s parent or guardian immediately.
Mandatory Pick-Up: The parent/guardian must come to the school to pick up their child from the event right away.
3. Policy for Returning Students
We believe in second chances! Any student who has been asked to leave a Youth Night is welcome to return to future events under one condition:
Parent Supervision Requirement
A parent or legal guardian must remain present at the event with the student for the entire duration of the evening.
A Note for Parents & Guardians
Please review these rules with your child before dropping them off. Our volunteer team works hard to keep this event free, safe, and fun for everyone—thank you for partnering with us to keep our Youth Nights a great place to be!
