  • Donations needed: Blankets or sleeping bags for kids
    
    

• HAWS Waukesha

  • Make cat toys for their shelter cats

  • Donations needed: wet dog / cat food, or anything off their wishlist
    
    

• Hartland Food Pantry

  • Decorate halloween-themed pictures that will be distributed at their food pantry

  • Donations needed: canned fruit and boxes of cereal / any non-perishable food items
    
    

• Thank you Video / Message of Kindness

  • Write a letter to a staff member or teacher to tell them how much you appreciate them, or share a fond memory, etc.

  • Record a video message to a Merton staff member
    
    

• Coffee with a Side of Kindness

  • Decorate coffee sleeves for Birch & Banyan, Mill Street Cafe, and Inclusion Coffee Co. with words of kindness to brighten the day for their customers.
    
    

• Merton Fire Department

  • Stop by the fire truck out front to personally thank the first responders who serve Merton!

  • Visit the table station to show our First Responders some love; make a thank you card or message for our local Fire, Paramedics, and Police.
    
    

• North Lake Town Hall Library & Merton School Libraries

  • Decorate kindness bookmarks to be distributed at the libraries or given to friends

  • Learn more about the Town Hall Library's fall & winter programming and score some swag.
    
    

• Kindness Posters for Businesses

  • Decorate posters with words of kindness to be hung around the local businesses within the Town of Merton and at sponsoring businesses.
    
    

• Appreciation Bracelet

  • Make & take a friendship bracelet to share with a friend or family member.
    
    

• Merton Food Pantry

  • Donations needed: Collecting canned fruit and toilet paper

  • Create posters for upcoming the food drive at Merton Schools (November 4 - 15)
    
    

• Lake Country Caring

  • Donations needed: Diapers size 4, 5,6, baby wipes, new/gently used pots and pans, school shoes size 10 and up, mens jeans size 29"-36", hand lotion or anything off of these wishlists: Amazon, Wal-Mart, and Target
    
    

• Brookdale Senior Living (Sussex)

  • Make cards (Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) for the residents
    
    

• Sussex Outreach Services

  • Donations needed: New/Gently used Halloween Costumes and/or new/gently used winter gear in kids, adults and plus sizes.
    
    

• Robyn's Nest (Children's Wisconsin)

  • Donations needed: Gently used or new Fall/Winter TEEN clothing, most needed: Hoodies, joggers, leggings, winter gear including boots. Additional items from the Wishlists found here

• Merton Community School District

  • Donations needed: donations of coffee (k-cups preferably) and snacks to fill the school lounges through the holidays
