NEWSLETTER: 10/26/2025
We’re thrilled for this year’s main fundraiser — Merton Color Run! Our goal is to raise $45,000 for the remaining turf soccer field funds, classroom supplies, teacher requests, and student needs to benefit our students at Merton Primary & Intermediate Schools.
FUNDRAISING IS OPEN and we are $10,000 away from our goal!!!
Information was sent home with your student last week. Families will gather donations through MyBooster.com by sharing your student’s page with friends and family. Every share makes a difference! Students will also enjoy 'Star Quest 5,' an exciting character-building adventure where they'll learn important values through space-themed figures and activities.
RACE DAY:
To celebrate the success of our fundraiser, all students, parents, and community members are invited to participate in the Color Run Event on Wednesday, October 29!
The Color Run Event will be held on the front lawn of Merton Primary School. Parents may park in the lots at Merton Primary (front lot & back lot), at Merton Intermediate, and across the street at St. John's church.
Please RSVP here if you plan to join us.
Parents & Guardians will have an opportunity to purchase extra color to throw at their kiddos for $5 per cup.
SCHEDULE:
Intermediate Grades (5th - 8th) will run from 2:00 - 2:45PM. Intermediate kids will stay outside to cheer on the Primary grades.
Primary Grades (4K - 4th) will run from 2:45PM - 3:45PM.
Students will be dismissed directly from the Color Run. Students will be allowed back into the buildings to grab their personal items from a common area. (We are trying to avoid chalk getting on the carpet in the classrooms!)
